A solution of 322 mg of oxone in 4 mL H2O was added to a mixture of 132 mg of (R)-1-(3-(2-(1H-indazol-4-yl)-4-morpholinothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6-yl)phenylthio)propan-2-ol in 8 mL of methanol. The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 h. The mixture was filtered and the filtrate was evaporated. The product was purified by reverse phase HPLC to yield 3.8 mg of 135. MS (Q1) 536 (M)+
