Reaction Steps

A mixture of [1-Isopropenyl-6-methoxy-7-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-isoquinolin-3-yl]-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine (120 mg) and 10% Pt/C (12 mg) was sealed in high-pressure bottle under 40 psi of H2 and stirred overnight at room temperature. Then the mixture was filtered and the organic layer was concentrated to give [1-Isopropyl-6-methoxy-7-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-isoquinolin-3-yl]-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine. LC-MS: 371 (MH+).
