To a solution of the compound produced in Example 47 (0.196 g, 0.63 mmol) in acetonitrile (6 ml), was added Selectfluor™ (0.33 g, 1.5 eq.) and NaHCO3 (0.105 g, 2 eq.). The reaction mixture was stirred under an atmosphere of nitrogen for 20 hours before concentrating under reduced pressure. Purification by flash chromatography (diethyl ether:hexane 1:19) afforded the product (0.116 g, 72%). de=33%.
