Procedure
A mixture of 6-chloro-2-{2-[3-(pyrid-2-yl)isoxazol-5-yl]pyrrolidin-1-yl}-4-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)pyrimidine (Example 17) (250 mg, 0.59 mmol) and 2-methoxyethylamine (443 mg, 5.9 mmol) in anhydrous 1,4-dioxane (5 ml) was heated at 150° C. for 40 minutes in a sealed vessel under microwave irradiation. The reaction was worked up as described in Example 54 to give the title compound (108 mg, 40%) as a cream solid.
