A mixture of 6-[2-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2,7-diazaspiro[3.5]nonan-7-yl]-4-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)-2-[2-{3-(pyrid-2-yl)isoxazol-5-yl}pyrrolidin-1-yl]pyrimidine (Example 147) (110 mg, 0.19 mmol) and TFA (2 ml) were stirred at ambient temperature for 60 minutes. The volatiles were removed by evaporation, the residue dissolved in DCM poured onto an isolute SCX-2 ion exchange column. The column was eluted with methanol to elute any neutrals, followed by 7M methanolic ammonia to elute the product. The solvent was removed by evaporation to afford the desired product as a yellow solid. (66 mg, 68%).
