Prepared analogously to Example 4 from 11-(chlorocarbonyl)-5,11-dihydro-6H-pyrido[2,3-b][1,4]benzodiazepin-6-one and 2-[2-(1-piperidinyl)ethyl]morpholine (Rf 0.4 [Macherey-Nagel, Polygram® SIL G/UV254, pre-coated plastic sheets for TLC; eluant: dichloromethane/methanol/cyclohexane/conc. ammonia 68/15/15/2, v/v/v/v/v]) in a yield of 79% of theory. The colourless hydrochloride melted at 274°-275° C.
