Procedure
In ethyl acetate (10 ml), a mixture composed of 3-[2-(2,3,5,6-tetramethylbenzyloxy)phenyl]-2-furancarboxylic acid hydrazide (compound of Reference Example 6, 0.36 g) and the compound of Reference Example 63 (0.33 g) was heated at reflux overnight while stirring. The thus-precipitated crystals were filtered and recrystallized from ethyl acetate, thereby giving 0.18 g of the desired compound. Melting point: 215-217° C.
