Reaction Steps
4-Fluorobenylzinc chloride (0.5 ml, 0.5 M in THF, 0.4 mmol) and 8,5-dichloro-5H-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepine (160FE64) (26 mg, 0.1 mmol) were reacted according GP10 to give 23 mg of the title compound (160FE70). MS (ESI) 323 (MH+). Purity for MH+ (UV/MS) 98/100.
