90 mg (0.2 mmol) of 2-[(2-bromo-pyridin-4-ylmethyl)-amino]-N-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-benzamide is dissolved in 3 ml of pyridine and mixed with 1 ml of N,N-dimethyl-aminoethylamine and heated in a pressure vessel for 5 hours to a bath temperature of 200° C. After cooling, it is concentrated by evaporation, and 90 mg of 2-{[2-(2-dimethylamino-ethylamino)-pyridin-4-ylmethyl]-amino}-N-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-benzamide is obtained. Melting point: 100° C.
