Reaction Steps
The product from Step 7 in DCM is cooled to 0° C., and TFA is added to the vigorously stirred mixture. The mixture is allowed to stir until product is sufficiently deboc'd as determined by TLC. The crude material is concentrated in vacuo and purified by flash chromatography to give the target compound.
