The title compound was prepared from 4-bromo-1-(benzenesulfonyl)-1H-indole and 4-ethylpiperazine according to Method 1 to afford 129 mg (48%) of a white solid: 1H NMR (CD3OD) δ 7.94-6.81 (m, 10H), 3.69-3.62 (m, 4H), 2.34-3.26 (partly hidden) (m, 4H), 3.14-3.04 (m, 2H), 1.40 (t, J=7 Hz, 3H); MS (ESI) 370.1 (M+H)+; Purity (HPLC) >95%.
