In an analogous manner to Example 36, 1-[2-[(3R)-3-(dimethylamino)pyrrolidin-1-yl]-1-(1-naphthyl)ethyl]cyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from 1-[2-[(3R)-3-aminopyrrolidin-1-yl]-1-(1-naphthyl)ethyl]cyclohexanol (See Example 377). MS (ES) m/z 367.2; HRMS: calcd for C24H34N2O+H+, 367.27439; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 367.2735.
