Stir 4-chloro-7-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-quinazolin-4-ol (1.85 g, 6 mmol) and 4-tert-butyl-3-[2-(tert-butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-ethoxy]-phenylamine (1.94 g, 6 mmol) in acetonitrile (100 mL) at 80° C. for 4 hours. Cool the mixture and collect the precipitate. Partition the residue between ethyl acetate and sodium bicarbonate solution and extract with further ethyl acetate. Dry the combined extracts (MgSO4) and concentrate under reduced pressure to give the title compound.
