Reaction Steps
Using an adaptation of the method described in Procedure 1, substituting 4-(1-benzyl-piperidin-4-ylamino)-3-hydroxy-benzoic acid methyl ester, 1d for 2-bromophenol, and 1-fluoro-3-methoxy-2-nitrobenzene for 3-fluoro-4-nitrobenzonitrile, the title compound 10-(1-benzyl-piperidin-4-yl)-6-methoxy-10H-phenoxazine-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester, 2d was obtained.
