570 mg (0.78 mmol) of product 8 and 0.8 ml of diethylamin are solved in 5 ml of DMF (dimethylformamid). It is evaporated after 1 h at room temperature. The residue is purified by flash chromatography (methylenchloride/methanol/conc. ammoniac 30:10:3) 220 mg (56%) of product 9 is obtained in form of an amorphic solid compound: C30H35N3O4 (501.63) MS (ESI+) 502.3 (M+H+).
