1-{4-[(6-Bromohexyl)oxy]butyl}-3-(cyclopentylsulfonyl)benzene (Example 11ii) (50 mg) was dissolved in benzylamine (0.5 ml), and heated in a microwave oven at 150° for 10 min. Excess benzylamine was removed in vacuo and the residue purified on a silica SPE bond elut cartridge, eluting with EtOAc-cyclohexane mixtures, to give the title compound, (40 mg) LCMS RT=2.74 min
