Reaction Steps
To a cooled solution of 11-[1-(3,4-dichlorobenzoyl)piperidin-4-yl]-5H,11H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazepine (4.8 g; 0.011 mole in 100 ml THF) was added a 1 molar solution of lithium aluminum hydride in THF (17 ml, 0.017 mole). This was then stirred at room temperature for 1 hour.
