Procedure
(E)-1-(4-methanesulfonyl-benzylidene)-3,4-dihydro-1H-naphthalene-2-one oxime (50 mg, 0.15 mmol) and benzyloxyacetylchloride (0.029 ml, 0.18 mmol) were added into dichloromethane (5.0 ml). Then, at 0-5° C. triethylamine (0.026 ml, 0.18 mmol) was added, stirred for 15 minutes so as to complete the reaction. Afterward, an organic layer was separated by blending water, washed again with water and saturated brine and then dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The resulting solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and made to crystal by using diisopropylether. As a result, 40.7 mg of the present compound (productive yield 56%) was obtained as a white solid crystal.
