Analogously to Example 15, 350 mg of the title compound [Rf=0.45 (methylene chloride/methanol=13/1)] of melting point 184-6° C. (decomp.) are obtained by reaction of (7R,8R,9R)-7,8-dihydroxy-6-methoxymethyl-2,3-dimethyl-9-phenyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-h][1,7]naphthyridine with ethanol and purification on silica gel (mobile phase: methylene chloride/methanol=100/3).
