Procedure
A solution of 0.1 M N-acetyl-DL-methionine, in distilled water, pH 7, containing 5 × 10-4 mole/l of Co++ ions at ambient temperature, is passed continuously through the column at a flow rate of 700 ml/h, thereby creating a pressure of 8 bars.
