Procedure
4.2 g (0.03 mole) of 3-amino-5-t-butylpyrazole prepared in Example 1 and 3.1 g of triethylamine were dissolved in 30 ml of methylene chloride, and 4.4 g of dichloroacetyl chloride was added dropwise thereto at about 30° C. The resulting mixture was allowed to stand over night. Thereafter, water was added thereto whereby crystals were precipitated. The crystals were collected by filtration and washed with water to obtain 5.0 g of 5-t-butyl-3-dichloroacetylaminopyrazole.
