2-(1-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-cyclopentyl)-acetamidine hydrochloride (486) was synthesized from 2-(1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)cyclopentyl)acetonitrile (485) following the procedure described for the HCl-salt of 2-[1-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-cyclopentyl]-acetamidine hydrochloride (242).
