Compound 30K (13 mg, 0.017 mmol) was dissolved in 1 ml of ethanol; 0.01 ml of hydrazine monohydrate was added and stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The solvent was removed and the residue was purified by RP-HPLC eluting with acetonitrile/H2O (with 0.1% TFA) to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.07 (d, 1H), 7.38 (m, 2H), 7.28-7.07 (m, 2H), 6.71 (t, 1H), 6.35 (m, 2H), 5.14 (m, 1H), 4.90 (s, 2H), 3.13 (m, 1H), 3.01-2.91 (m, 1H), 2.48 (m, 2H), 1.40 (m, 1H), 1.09 (m, 1H). MS (m/z) 650.94 [M+H]+.
