Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared from {(S)-6-[(R)-4-morpholin-4-ylmethyl-5-trifluoromethyl-indan-1-yloxy]-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-3-yl}-acetic acid methyl ester by saponification with aq. NaOH in methanol as described above for Examples 1-11.
