Reaction Steps
To a solution of (S)-7-chloro-2-methyl-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5(1H)-one (50.0 mg, 0.269 mmol) and iodoethane (63.0 mg, 0.404 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 ml) was added Cs2CO3 (176 mg, 0.539 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 90° C. for 1 h, filtered and concentrated to give crude product (80 mg) as a brown solid.
