A solution of 1-(piperazin-1-yl)-2-[4-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)phenyl]ethanone (200 mg, 0.734 mmol), 6-(oxiran-2-yl)-3,4-dihydro-1H-isochromen-1-one (140 mg, 0.734 mmol) in ethanol was heated in a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 1 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by preparative TLC to afford the title compound. LC/MS: [(M+1]+=463.
