A mixture of (1-(5-tert-butyl-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)-3-(chloromethyl)azetidin-3-yl)methanol (284 mg, 915 μmol) (example 179, step 2) and potassium tert-butoxide (205 mg, 1.83 mmol) in THF (3 mL) at 0° C. was stirred to room temperature and stirred for 20 h. The mixture was filtered, concentrated in vacuo and used without further purification in the consecutive step.
