49.8 mg (90 μmol) tert.butyl(R)-[1-(3-methyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylcarbamoyl)-3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-propyl]-carbamate are stirred in 1 ml of 2 molar aqueous hydrochloric acid at 50° C. for 2.5 h and then evaporated to dryness.
