Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from methyl 2-(5-chlorothiophen-2yl)carbonylamino-3-(2-methoxyethyloxy)propionate by lithium hydroxide saponification and subsequent reaction with 3-methyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine with EEDQ analogously to Example 58(c).
