A solution of combined batches of 1 1-[(2,3-dichlorophenyl)methyl]-2-methyl-6-(4-morpholinyl)-1H-benzimidazole-4-carboxamide (220 mg, 0.52 mmol) in DMF-DMA (15 ml) was stirred at 130° C. for 2 h. When TLC showed no starting material remaining, the mixture was cooled to rt and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give the crude product (JS211561-105A1, 220 mg, 89%), as a yellow solid. LC-MS: m/e=474 [M+1]+
