3-Quinoxalin-2-yl-3,6-diaza-bicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (0.52 mmol) was treated with 4M HCl in dioxane (2 mL) in dichloromethane (2 mL) to give the title compound. MS (ESI) mass calcd. for C13H14N4, 226.28; m/z found 227.2 [M+H]+.
