1-(3-methoxy-4-((6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)methoxy)benzyl)-5-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-amine was prepared from 5-iodo-1-(3-methoxy-4-((6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)methoxy)benzyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-amine and 1-methylpiperazine according to the procedure described for the synthesis of Example 3-13: 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.19 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.67 (dd, J=8.5, 3.0 Hz, 1H), 7.09 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 6.99 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.85 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.79-6.75 (m, 2H), 6.72 (s, 1H), 6.67 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 5.03 (s, 2H), 5.02 (s, 2H), 3.94 (s, 3H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 3.22-3.17 (m, 4H), 2.65-2.59 (m, 4H), 2.37 (s, 3H) ppm; (M+1)=489.
