To a 20 mL vial was added methyl 1-((5-(quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)-1-(3-(1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)benzyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methyl)cyclopentanecarboxylate (51 mg, 0.08 mmol) and THF (2 mL) followed by treatment with TBAF (0.4 mL, 1 M). The reaction mixture was heated to 70° C. After 24 hours the mixture was cooled to RT and concentrated to dryness. The residue was purified using FCC to provide the title compound. MS (ESI): mass calcd. for C35H33N5O3, 571.68; m/z found 572.2 [M+H]+.
