The title compound was prepared by the method of Example 3 (b) using racemic (3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropyl)carbamic acid 1,1-dimethylethyl ester and 2,4-dichloro-1-(trifluoromethyl)benzene to give 70 mg of the product as a colourless solid.
