Reaction Steps
A solution of 4-(4-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-oxo-butyl)-1-tert-butoxycarbonyl-piperidine (184 mg, 0.52 mmol, from Step C) in 30% TFA/CH2Cl2 was stirred for 30 min, then concentrated and dried under vacuum to provide the title compound.
