Reaction Steps
Using the method similar to that in Example 57 and methyl bromoacetate instead of 1-bromo-2-phenylethane and starting from 2,4-dioxo-3-[4-(4-diphenylmethoxypiperidino)butyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline (1.52 g) obtained in Example 80, the title compound (760 mg, 44%) was obtained as an oil.
