Using 3-(1-cyano-1-methylethyl)-N-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)benzamide (1.55 mg, 5.00 mmol), 1-fluoro-4-nitrobenzene (0.78 g, 5.50 mmol) and potassium carbonate (0.69 g, 5.00 mmol), and in the same manner as in Example A18(ii), the title compound (1.80 g, 83%) was obtained as a white powder.
