N-(3-tert-Butyl-phenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinolin-2-yl)-nicotinamide was synthesized from N-(3-tert-butyl-phenyl)-6-chloro-nicotinamide and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinoline in a method similar to the one described in the synthesis of N-(3-iodo-4-methyl-phenyl)-6-morpholin-4-yl-nicotinamide above.
