Compound 18.8 (180 mg, 54% yield) was synthesized from compound 18.5 (400 mg, 0.932 mmol) by treating 18.5 with concentrated NH4OH (10 ml) at 45° C. for 30 min. 1H NMR (D2O, 300 MHz) 7.98 (s, 1H), 6.41 (m, 1H), 5.95 (m, 1H), 5.75 (d, J=5.4 Hz, 1H), 4.63 (m, 1H), 4.49 (m, 1H), 4.19 (t, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 31P NMR (D2O, 121.4 MHz) 9.7; MS (ESI) m/z 360 [M+H]+
