This material was prepared in analogy to example 148 step F) from 8-(3,3-dimethyl-butyryl)-2,8-diaza-spiro[4.5]decan-1-one and 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(4-iodo-phenyl)-ethanol. Light yellow crystalline solid. MS (ESI): 427.3 MH+).
