PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared according to the procedure described in EXAMPLE 1, step 4 using (4-bromo-2-methoxyphenyl)acetonitrile (III.4) and 1,3-dichloro-2-{2-[4-(iodomethyl)phenoxy]ethoxy}-5-methylbenzene (II.1) as starting materials. Purification by column chromatography on silica gel, eluting with Hex/Tol 50 to 75%, afforded the desired compound as a colorless oil.
