5 g 2-amino-3-cyano-4-chloro-6-(4-acetylpiperazin-1-yl)quinoline and 15 ml benzylamine is stirred at 125° C. for 1 h. The reaction mixture is then poured onto 30 ml water, the resulting precipitate is filtered off, washed with 20 ml water and dried to obtain 4 g of the title compound (MH+: 401).
