Reaction Steps
The experimental procedure of example 12 was repeated, except for the use of N-(4,6-dichloro-pyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)-acetamide (a compound described in WO 2006/135993) instead of 2,4-dichloro-6-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-pyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine. The resulting compound was characterized as follows: MS (m/z) 263.0 [M+H]+; HPLC Rt=2.24 minutes (Method B).
