Acetic acid (1.591 mL) was added to compound 106 (86 mg, 0.159 mmol) and the solution was allowed to stir for 2 h at 90° C. The reaction was cooled and neutralized with a solution of saturated Na2CO3 and extract with AcOEt. After the usual work-up crude 106 was obtained as a light yellow solid. LRMS (ESI): calc. 522.7; found 523.4 (MH)+.
