Using the method of example 1, the title compound was prepared by reacting of 5-methyl-[1,3,4]thiadiazol-2-thiol with 2-tert-butyl-4-[4-(3-chloro-propyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-6-cyclobutyl-pyrimidine and converting the isolated compound into its hydrochloride salt.
