The title compound was prepared by treating the product of Example 199d (1.20 g, 2.71 mmol) with 10 mL of a 50% solution of HCl in water. This reaction mixture was heated to 100° C. for 1 hr. At this time the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and made basic with 2N NaOH. This was then extracted with CH2Cl2, which was then dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under vacuum giving the title compound (720 mg, 66%).
