To a solution of tert-butyl 4-(3-(3-(3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl)-2-hydroxy propylcarbamoyl)phenyl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (140 mg, 0.28 mmol) in DCM (2 mL) was added TFA (2 mL). The resulting solution was stirred at 27° C. for 4 h. The solution was concentrated and the residue was purified by prep-HPLC to give the title product (64.0 mg, Yield 57%). 1H NMR (CD3OD, 400 MHz): δ 7.47-7.38 (s, 1H), 7.31-7.21 (m, 2H), 7.19-7.08 (m, 4H), 7.08-7.01 (m, 1H), 4.13 (quin, J=6.0 Hz, 1H), 3.77 (s, 2H), 3.62-3.52 (m, 1H), 3.51-3.43 (m, 1H), 3.31-3.19 (m, 4H), 3.15-3.00 (m, 4H), 2.98-2.83 (m, 4H), 2.75-2.62 (m, 2H). LCMS (m/z): 395.2 (M+1).
