To a solution of tert-butyl 3-(3-((3-(3, 4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl)-2-hydroxypropyl) carbamoyl)phenyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (400 mg, 0.83 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL) was added TFA (1 mL) at 29° C. The mixture was stirred for 2 h at 29° C. The mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by prep-HPLC to give the title compound (79.1 mg, Yield 25.0%). 1H NMR (CD3OD, 400 MHz): δ 7.75-7.93 (m, 2H), 7.45-7.62 (m, 2H), 7.17-7.37 (m, 4H), 4.45-4.74 (m, 2H), 4.40 (dd, J=6.3, 3.3 Hz, 1H), 3.71-4.04 (m, 2H), 3.49-3.70 (m, 5H), 3.35-3.49 (m, 3H), 3.08-3.32 (m, 3H), 2.52 (qd, J=6.6, 4.2 Hz, 1H), 2.09-2.27 (m, 1H). LCMS (m/z): 380.2 (M+1).
