A mixture of compound 3-(1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidin-2-yl)benzoic acid (100 mg, 0.34 mmol), 1-amino-3-(3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-2(1H)-yl)propan-2-ol (70 mg, 0.34 mmol), BOPCl (100 mg, 0.41 mmol) and DIPEA (1 mL) in DCM (10 mL) was stirred at 25° C. for 4 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with water and extracted with DCM. The combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, concentrated and the residue was purified by prep-TLC to give the title product which was used directly in next step (150 mg, Yield 93%). LCMS (m/z): 480.2 (M+1).
