2,2,2-Trichloroethyl 3-(1-hydroxy-2-methylpropan-2-yl)-1-p-tolyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ylcarbamate (0.010 g, 0.024 mmol) was added to a minimal amount of DMA, 2-(5-(2-(Aminomethyl)-4-fluorophenoxy)-1H-indazol-1-yl)ethanol (prepared in steps E1-E6; 0.0079 g, 0.026 mmol) and DEA (0.0084 mmol, 0.048 mmol) were added, and the reaction mixture was stirred at ambient temperature overnight. The reaction mixture was concentrated to remove the majority of DMA. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography using 5% MeOH in ethyl acetate to provide 7 mg of the title compound. MS M+1 (573).
